Select Montage. Click to select existing montage from drop-down list.

Create New Montage - click to start new montage and select montage type. Referential - monopolar with recording reference electrode. Bipolar - bipolar montage. Average Reference - montage with common averaged reference. Laplacian - "source derivation" with defined weighted coefficients for each electrode.

Enter Montage Name

Choose Electrodes View. There are two pages for current montage: 10-20 - includes electrodes, which to belong to standard 10-20 placement. List - lists all recorded signals (EEG, EKG, Emg, etc.) with current EEG/PSG. Click on appropriate tab to select either 10-20 or list view.

Click electrode. It will appear in montage grid. Program automatically scrolls to next electrode trace position. You may also set desired sensitivity, filter and color.

Lock - set trace as locked. Locked trace has fixed sensitivity and filter, which are not modified when changing EEG window global parameters. 
Insert channel - to insert new montage trace below selection. 
Clear channel - clears trace electrodes. 
Delete channel - deletes trace from montage. 
Delete All - deletes all traces 
Save - to save current changes. 
Delete - select montage to delete from montage set 

Set Avg - check list to select electrodes for Average Reference calculation (for Average Reference montages only)

Set Laplacian - click "Define Coefficients" button to display "Setup Laplacian" dialog box (for Laplacian montages only)
